At Bydebuy, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're committed to making it right. This policy complies with Shopify standards and Google Shopping policies, including offering a minimum 30-day return window and full transparency in refund processing.

🔁 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not charge any restocking or return fees.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personal care items (e.g., razors, cosmetics)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at bydebuy@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Send the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Refund notes:

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded only if the return is due to a Bydebuy error or a defective product.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original and place a new order.
